MonetizationApps ("we," "our," "us") provides software products including MeterMonitor and SubscriptionMonitor through monetizationapps.com, apps.monetizationapps.com, and related subdomains (the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information such as name, email, password credentials for email/password accounts, sign-in method, and identity-provider identifiers or profile details from providers you choose to use.
  • Organization details including company and workspace identifiers.
  • Usage and diagnostics data for product performance and reliability.
  • Integration metadata, including Stripe connection status and configuration.
  • Customer and meter analytics data processed by the Services.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide and improve the Services.
  • To authenticate users and secure accounts.
  • To generate dashboards, insights, and operational analytics.
  • To monitor reliability, investigate incidents, and prevent abuse.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, authentication providers you choose, integration partners you authorize, legal authorities when required, or as part of a merger or acquisition.

4. Data Retention

We retain data as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention duration varies by data type and feature.

5. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

7. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 16.

10. Ask Me assistant

When you use Ask Me, your question and up to three recent question-and-answer pairs are sent to Amazon Bedrock to generate an answer from our public docs, marketing pages and published blog articles. Processing may occur in supported AWS regions in the United States. Ask Me cannot access your product account or perform account actions. Recognized credential patterns in a question prevent that request from reaching the model; recognized credentials in recent history are masked. Detection is imperfect. Do not submit personal data, API keys, tokens or other confidential information.

We use request metadata and helpful/not-helpful feedback to monitor reliability, prevent abuse and improve answers. We retain redacted questions and answers, feedback and operational logs for 30 days. Automated redaction may not identify all personal or confidential information, so access to review records is restricted. We do not store complete chat histories in review records. Chat history remains in browser memory and clears when the page reloads.

We use a random session identifier and a daily keyed hash of the request's network address for abuse prevention. Application logs do not contain raw network addresses. Operational records and review access expire after 30 days; aggregate spending counters may be kept for up to 62 days to account for late reconciliation. Storage lifecycle deletion may take additional time after access expires.
