Plans and billing

Understand SubscriptionMonitor's MRR-based pricing tiers, how limits are applied, and how to manage your subscription.

SubscriptionMonitor pricing is based on your Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) as reported by Stripe. Each plan unlocks the full feature set — revenue dashboard, retention analysis, account explorer, forecasting, and alerts — up to its MRR band.

Plan Price Active customers
Free $0 /mo Up to $10,000 MRR
Growth $29 /mo Up to $50,000 MRR
Pro $49 /mo Up to $100,000 MRR
Scale $99 /mo Up to $250,000 MRR
Enterprise Custom pricing Above $250K MRR

In Settings → Subscription & Billing, the plan cards show the paid upgrade paths:

SubscriptionMonitor measures your normalized MRR — the total monthly recurring revenue across all active subscriptions in your Stripe account, normalized to a monthly equivalent regardless of billing interval.

Settings shows your current MRR and the plan tier it falls under.
If your MRR grows above your current plan band, you will be prompted to upgrade.
You can still access the app while over your plan band.

Web upgrades are processed through a PCI compliant hosted checkout page. No payment details are stored inside SubscriptionMonitor.

  1. Click Choose Plan on the plan card in Settings → Subscription & Billing.
  2. A hosted checkout page opens for entering payment method.
  3. Complete payment details and confirm your subscription.
  4. Return to Settings — your new plan is reflected immediately.
  5. Click Refresh Billing to load the updated status if the plan card has not updated yet.

Your current plan and MRR band are visible at the top of Settings → Subscription & Billing. This summary updates each time the page loads.

The status reflects your current billing subscription state. If you recently made a change and the status looks stale, use Refresh Billing to force a sync.

Paid plans include a free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial ends.

Web subscriptions can be cancelled from Settings → Subscription & Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your account reverts to Free.

iOS subscriptions are managed through your Apple account settings. If you cancel an App Store subscription, paid access remains active through the paid period and reverts to Free after Apple reports the subscription as expired, revoked, or otherwise inactive.

Deleting your SubscriptionMonitor account does not cancel an active App Store subscription. Cancel or manage the subscription from your Apple account settings before deleting the app account if you no longer want Apple billing to continue.

Enterprise plans are managed manually. Contact support@monetizationapps.com to discuss custom pricing, limits, or cancellation terms.
