SubscriptionMonitor Demo

Explore the SubscriptionMonitor product demo, including revenue, conversion, retention, forecasting, alerts, accounts, and settings workflows.

This is a live preview of SubscriptionMonitor with sample data — no sign-in or Stripe connection needed. It opens on the Revenue Dashboard and includes the same sections as the product: Revenue, Conversion, Retention, Forecasting, Alerts, Accounts, and Settings.

Use it to answer the subscription questions teams ask every week: how recurring revenue is moving, which accounts are driving expansion or contraction, which trials are likely to convert, and where churn risk is building.

The Revenue Dashboard summarizes the recurring revenue base, current movement, and concentration risk. It includes KPI cards for MRR, CMRR, ARR, NRR, GRR, ARPA, revenue churn, and Quick Ratio, plus views for KPI trends, revenue concentration, MRR movement waterfall, foreign exchange impact, revenue by currency, and non-recurring revenue.

  • MRR is the normalized monthly value of active subscriptions. Annual plans are divided by 12.
  • CMRR is MRR adjusted for known future subscription changes: subscriptions set to cancel at period end, and scheduled upgrades or downgrades.
  • ARR is MRR multiplied by 12.
  • NRR is opening MRR from existing accounts retained at period end, including expansion. NRR above 100% means existing customers expanded more than they contracted or churned.
  • GRR is opening MRR retained at period end, excluding expansion, and is bounded at 100%.
  • ARPA is total MRR divided by active paying customers.
  • Revenue churn is MRR lost to cancellations and downgrades during the month as a percentage of opening MRR.
  • Quick Ratio is new plus expansion plus reactivation MRR divided by contraction plus churn MRR for the selected month.

The Conversion screen highlights active trial pipeline, new trials, converted trials, canceled trials, average trial length, and the MRR impact of trial outcomes. Tables rank active trials by projected MRR, converted trials by MRR gained, and canceled trials by projected value lost.

Retention Intelligence shows customer churn rate, revenue churn rate, and at-risk accounts over a 90-day window. It includes a revenue cohort retention grid with revenue, customer, and quantity views, renewal risk tables, recently churned accounts, churn reasons, and quantity contraction signals where billed quantity drops before or alongside revenue movement.

Forecasting projects current MRR into 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month scenarios. The demo includes MRR projection controls for growth, expansion, churn, contraction, and forecast horizon, plus diagnostics that separate quantity-driven MRR, price-driven MRR, and mixed MRR changes.

The Alerts workspace previews rule configuration, alert events, and weekly digest content. Rules include Churn Spike, Net MRR Contraction, Payment Failure Cluster, Large Renewal Approaching, Licensed Quantity Drop, and Revenue Concentration Threshold. Alert events can be reviewed by status and lookback window, and the digest preview summarizes normalized MRR, new MRR, expansion MRR, churned MRR, and the largest weekly revenue changes.

Account Explorer provides a sortable account table with status, MRR, movement, currency, renewal, and churn context, plus account detail views for revenue history, billing state, and churn reason notes. Settings covers subscription plan status, Stripe account connection, restricted-key permissions, workspace preferences, reporting currency, and alert digest configuration.
