Features Account Explorer

Account Explorer

Explore customer, meter, and agreement-status usage from resolved billing-source snapshots.

Account Explorer is the primary usage analysis view in MeterMonitor. Use it to chart usage against customer agreements, compare meters, and turn filtered usage into customer-level follow-up lists.

The filter card resolves usage against a specific end-date snapshot:

  • Choose a day, week, or month date range.
  • Select up to five meters at a time.
  • Search for one or more customers, or keep all customers selected.
  • Filter by agreement status:
    • Stripe — Trial, Active, Canceled, Paused, Past Due, or Unpaid.
    • Metronome — Active or Canceled.
  • Review the resolved snapshot date used for the chart and table.

The usage chart shows one line per selected meter. Meter and agreement-status filters update the chart together, so you can compare active and canceled usage, plus source-specific agreement states, without leaving the page.

Use the chart to answer questions like:

Which meters are growing fastest across active accounts?
Which active accounts are already consuming meaningful usage?
Are canceled accounts still generating metered events?
Did a specific customer or cohort go quiet during the selected range?

The Customer Rows table lists customer-meter combinations from the resolved snapshot. It includes customer identity, agreement status, product, meter, end-date usage, average usage, and sortable columns for prioritizing review.

You can export the filtered customer list as CSV when sales, success, finance, or engineering teams need a working list outside MeterMonitor.
