How limits are applied
Section titled “How limits are applied”MeterMonitor counts active customers — Stripe customers with at least one active subscription — against your plan limit. The count updates each time you load billing status in Settings.
Settings shows your active customer count and current plan limit.Checkout flow
Section titled “Checkout flow”Web upgrades are processed through a PCI compliant hosted checkout page. No payment details are stored inside MeterMonitor.
- Click Choose Plan on the plan card in
Settings → Subscription & Billing. - A hosted checkout page opens for entering the payment method.
- Complete payment details and confirm your subscription.
- Return to
Settings— your new plan is reflected immediately. - Click Refresh Billing to load the updated status if the plan card has not updated yet.
Subscription status in app
Section titled “Subscription status in app”Your current plan and active customer count are visible at the top of Settings → Subscription & Billing. This summary updates each time the page loads.
The status reflects your current billing subscription state. If you recently made a change and the status looks stale, use Refresh Billing to force a sync.
Trial and cancellation
Section titled “Trial and cancellation”Paid plans include a free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
Web subscriptions can be cancelled from Settings → Subscription & Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and your account reverts to Free.
iOS subscriptions are managed through your Apple account settings. If you cancel an App Store subscription, paid access remains active through the paid period and reverts to Free after Apple reports the subscription as expired, revoked, or otherwise inactive.
Deleting your MeterMonitor account does not cancel an active App Store subscription. Cancel or manage the subscription from your Apple account settings before deleting the app account if you no longer want Apple billing to continue.
Enterprise plans are managed manually. Contact support@monetizationapps.com to discuss pricing, custom limits, or cancellation terms.
