Quickstart

Step 1: Sign in

1. Open https://metermonitor.monetizationapps.com or open the MeterMonitor: Usage Insights app on the App Store.
2. Sign up or sign in with email/password, Google, or Apple. A verified email can be linked across sign-in methods, but using the same method and email on future visits is the clearest way to return to the same workspace across web and mobile.

Step 2: Connect Stripe

1. Go to Settings in the app.
2. In Stripe Account Connection, click Connect Stripe.
3. Choose one connection method:
   • Install/connect Stripe now for OAuth authorization through Stripe.
   • Use Stripe restricted key if you prefer to generate a key manually.
4. Pick Live or Test matching the environment you intend to use.
5. Complete the flow and return to MeterMonitor.

Note

You can switch between Test and Live at any time from this screen.

Step 3: Verify data

1. Open Account Explorer and confirm usage metrics and customer rows load.
2. Open Meter Health and confirm your meters appear.
3. Open Retention and confirm retention KPIs and cohort data load.
4. Open Alerts and confirm alert rules and recent events load.

Step 4: Choose a plan

1. Open Settings → Subscription & Billing.
2. Click Choose Plan on the paid tier you want.
3. Complete checkout.
4. Click Refresh Billing.

Note

Subscription purchases on iOS use Apple In‑App Purchase; the web app uses our billing platform. Your subscription stays aligned across web and mobile for the same account. See Mobile and Web App for a concise comparison.

Tip

If you start a paid trial, the app shows a Trial badge and a trial end date in Settings → Subscription & Billing.
