Mobile and Web App

MeterMonitor on the web and on iPhone / iPad share one account for a user and the same product workspace. Setup flows—Sign-in, Stripe connection, and verification—are covered in Quickstart. This page explains what carries between platforms and where billing behavior differs.

Portability (web and mobile)

The following apply to the same MeterMonitor user account on both the web app and the iOS app:

• Sign-in — Same email and password (or your chosen auth path). You can start on web and sign in on mobile, and vice-versa.
• Stripe connection — One connection per account; Test vs Live mode and OAuth or restricted key behave the same once linked. Changes made in Settings → Stripe Account Connection on either surface apply to the other after sync (use Refresh Status if something looks stale).
• Workspace data — Dashboard, Meter Health, and Subscription Health reflect the same Stripe-backed data for that account.
• Plan limits and usage — Active customer limits and feature access follow your subscription tier regardless of which app you use to view or administer the workspace.

Tip

If you connect Stripe on one platform, open the other with the same account; you do not need to repeat connection flow.

The App Store lists the minimum iOS / iPadOS version for the current build. Update the device OS if the app is not compatible.
