Alerts and Digest
Configure threshold alerts for churn, MRR contraction, payment failures, and large renewals. Receive a weekly email digest.
Alerts notify you when key revenue signals exceed configurable thresholds. The Weekly Digest summarizes the most important signals each week by email.
Available alert types
Section titled “Available alert types”| Alert | What triggers it |

| Churn spike | Customer churn rate or churned MRR exceeds your configured threshold |
| MRR contraction | Net MRR movement goes negative, or contraction exceeds a threshold |
| Payment failure cluster | More than a set percentage of subscriptions have failed payments in a window |
| Large renewal approaching | A high-value annual renewal is coming within a selected time window |
| Licensed quantity drop | A top account materially reduces billed quantity |
Configuring alerts
Section titled “Configuring alerts”Open Settings → Alerts.
Enable or disable each alert type.
Set the threshold for each enabled alert.
Choose severity — info or warning.
Toggle whether each alert is included in the weekly digest.
Weekly email digest
Section titled “Weekly email digest”The digest is sent weekly to your account email. It includes:
Current MRR and net new MRR for the week
Churned MRR for the week
Top expansions and top contractions
Upcoming renewals in the next 7–14 days
Any alert rules that fired during the period
To manage digest timing or opt out, go to Settings → Alerts and adjust the digest preferences.
CSV exports
Section titled “CSV exports”In addition to alerts, most views in SubscriptionMonitor support CSV export directly from the toolbar. Exports capture the current filtered view and are available from Dashboard, Retention, Account Explorer, and Forecasting.
