Features Trial Conversion

Trial Conversion

Track active trials, paid conversions, canceled trials, trial value, and converted MRR from Stripe subscription history.

The Conversion page tracks trial pipeline and trial outcomes before they become retention or churn signals.

The top row shows:

Trial Conversion — reporting-month trial starts that converted to paid plans.
Active Trials — subscriptions currently in Stripe trialing status, with projected pipeline MRR.
New Trials — trials that started in the reporting month.
Converted — trials that converted to paid plans in the reporting month, plus converted MRR.
Canceled Trials — trial subscriptions canceled before a paid conversion was observed.
Avg Trial Length — average days from trial start to paid conversion for converted trials.

Conversion includes three ranked tables:

Active Trials — projected MRR on conversion, ranked by normalized value.
Converted Trials — paid conversions in the reporting month, ranked by MRR gained.
Canceled Trials — trial cancellations in the reporting month, ranked by projected value.

Each row includes customer identity, plan context, trial dates, value, and quantity where available.

Trial value is estimated from stored subscription item prices. If a trial has an unresolved or zero-price item, SubscriptionMonitor keeps the trial visible and ranks its projected value as zero instead of hiding it.
